If you are trying to schedule at our Danville location, need help with funding, have questions, or do not have $50 for online booking, please call our hotline at (904)-448-8877.

We are offering online booking for our FL and NC locations. A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment via online booking. This fee will be applied toward your visit total. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your fee to a new date. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the fee.
